Easy Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your Liven Decor purchase! You can shop with confidence knowing that we offer a 14-day return or exchange policy after receiving your order. This policy outlines the steps for returning or exchanging an item.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at sales@livendecor.com within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Include in your email:
    • Order number
    • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
    • Reason for return/exchange

    Once we receive your request, we will:

    • Reply with instructions on how to return your item(s), which may include a return shipping label.
    • Provide details on where to send your return package.

      Conditions for Returns & Exchanges:

      • Returned items must be in the same condition that you received them, with tags attached and original packaging included.
      • We accept returns for defective or damaged items.

      Exceptions:

      We do not accept returns on:

      • Perishable goods
      • Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
      • Personal care goods

        Exchanges:

        To exchange an item for a different size or variant, return your original item and place a new order for the desired product.

        • Refunds:
        • Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status within 48 hours.
        • If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please allow standard processing time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund.

        Important Notes:

        • We cannot process refunds for incorrect variant or size selection. However, we may offer solutions to upgrade the product (e.g., bigger size) with applicable additional fees.
        • We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

        Shipping:

        • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
        • Depending on the customer's location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to arrive may vary.
        • Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $70. We are not liable for lost return packages.
